Mr. Conejos is a practicing attorney and a Gaming Equipment Dealer and Influencer on social media.
Mr. Hannibal Boiser was for many years a marketing executive of Procter & Gamble, then Jardine Davies.
Colleen is a graduate of the University of St. La Salle and has been with Plantation Bay since 1999. She has headed several operational departments of the resort including Front Office, Spa, and Human Resources.
She completed her Certification for Strategic Management at Cornell University, New York from 2007-2008, finished a Spa Management Course at Chivasom Academy, Thailand in 2009, and recently attended Harvard University for a course in Leading Conflict Resolution in the Workplace and Building More Effective Teams.







A Certified Public Accountant, formerly an external auditor with major exposure in external and internal audit, she previously worked in a bank. She completed her Certification on Financial Management for Hotels at the Cornell University, New York.



Lee has been with Plantation Bay for almost 20 years, rising from an entry-level kitchen helper position to Executive Chef.
His understanding of both Filipino and international cuisines may be superior to that of any other Executive Chef in a major hotel in the country, regardless of nationality. At the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York he earned his certifications in Techniques in Healthy Cooking, Food and Wine Pairing, and Bistros and Brasseries. He also joined CIA-Hyde Park’s Food Boot Camp where he met internationally-celebrated chefs who shared knowledge and expertise. He also studied Intense Professional Spanish Cooking in BCN Kitchen in Barcelona, Spain, and Superior-Level French Cuisine at Ritz Ecole Escoffier, Paris. He also attended VAKUUM by Martin Lippo for his certification as Master in New Culinary Techniques and Technologies in Barcelona, Spain. Lee has also visited countries like Germany, Switzerland and the USA for more exposure in food and culture.







Alexa graduated from the University of St. La Salle with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Business Economics and Operations Management. She has been with the hotel since 2015, advancing from Guest Services Officer to Duty Manager to Front Office Manager.

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL V3 Certified.
Cherry graduated with a degree of BS Computer Engineering and has completed her Certification in Strategic Hospitality Management at Cornell University in New York, and a Microsoft Certification in New Delhi.





A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with 21 years of hospitality experience, Airen previously supervised the resort’s Mogambo Springs Spa, then moved to the executive office as a Duty Manager. She has participated in the Professional Development Program at Cornell University, New York, USA and has completed the Spa Management Course at Chivasom Academy in Bangkok, Thailand.

Mr. Celera participated in the Professional Education Program of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA. He also completed the Facilities Management Professional Course in Operations and Maintenance with the International Facilities Management Association in San Diego, CA, USA. Prior to joining Plantation Bay, he had over 10 years of experience in Project Management and Maintenance.

Marnelli has been with the hotel since 2006. She holds a BS in Civil Engineering and formerly worked for a construction firm and a construction-supply wholesaler. She has attended the Professional Development Program at Cornell University.
Mai earned her bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos in 2012 and later completed her studies in Accountancy at the University of Cebu in 2013. She joined the hotel in 2014 and has since worked across multiple finance functions, progressing from Revenue Auditor to her current role as Reservation Manager.
She graduated from the University of St. La Salle – Bacolod with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, with a career track in Hospitality Management. She has been with the hotel since 2015 and took her Strategic Hospitality Management course at Cornell University, New York in 2018.
Charene earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management under the Australian Qualification Framework from the University of San Carlos. She began in the Front Office as a Butler, later became a Front Desk Agent, and now manages the resort’s public relations, media relations, and communications initiatives.
