• The rates are nett of taxes and service charge. Exclusive to Philippine residents and Balikbayans. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts apply only on published room rates (a valid ID is required).
• Room occupancy: The rates are good for 2 adults and 2 children 17 years old and below. Maximum 4 persons regardless of age. If the 3rd and 4th persons are adults, extra person charges apply.
• Weekday rates: *No specific room category. Rooms are subject to availability. Guests with senior citizens or persons with disabilities are requested to notify us in advance so that we can assign them to rooms on the ground-floor.
  
  Extra person charge for weekday: Php 2,500 nett (with set breakfast) per person per night.
  
  Note: Lagoon Side, Water’s Edge, Family and Spa Immersion rooms and suites are not part of the promotion. Our published room rates (without breakfast) apply for these room categories.
• Weekend rates: Published room rates (without breakfast). Extra person charge is US$ 24.64 or Php 1,430 (without breakfast) per person per night.
• We will do our best to grant your requests (early check-in, late checkout, king bed, room location, etc.), but these, particularly requests for side-by-side or same-floor rooms, are unlikely, especially on weekends and holidays.

To better serve our guests, refurbishments are underway. Construction noise may be heard in limited areas of the resort during your stay.

• Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The hotel may impose minimum room nights or rooms and flexible check-in and check-out time depending on the occupancy.
• Weekday Rates: Full advance payment is required. Non-refundable but re-bookable until October 31, 2023. Two-day advance notice from the arrival date is required for rebooking, subject to availability. No-shows will be charged in full equivalent to the total number of nights reserved.
• Weekend Rate: Credit card guarantee. The card will not be charged unless you incur late cancellation or no-show charges.
  
  Cancellations made 4-7 days prior to arrival will be charged a ONE NIGHT cancellation fee for each room reserved.
  
  No shows or cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival will be charged in FULL equivalent to the number of room nights reserved.
• Any stay crossing a weekday, which takes advantage of our special offer will have the reservation and cancellation policy of weekday bookings.

• Please let us know if any member of your group has any personal disabilities, so that we can prepare accessory equipment like electric mobility devices, or special toys and special play areas that you may need during your stay.
• All outside visitors should be registered at the Front Desk and are allowed in the room only until 6 PM.
• Complimentary scheduled airport transfers require 24-hour advance notice.
• For safety reasons, personal bicycles, scooters, and hover boards are discouraged.
• Pets are not allowed in the resort.
• All usual hotel rules apply. Failure to follow the legitimate instructions of hotel staff in regard to comportment and noise may lead to ejection without refund.
