  • The rates are nett of taxes and service charge. Exclusive to Philippine residents and Balikbayans. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts do not apply.
  • *No specific room category. Rooms are subject to availability. Guests with senior citizens or persons with disabilities are requested to notify us in advance so that we can assign them to rooms on the ground-floor.

  • The rates are good for 2 adults and 2 children 17 years old and below. Maximum 4 persons regardless of age. If the 3rd and 4th persons are adults, an extra person charge of Php 2,500 nett (with buffet breakfast) per person per night applies.
  • We will do our best to grant your requests (early check-in, late checkout, king bed, room location, etc.), but these, particularly requests for side-by-side or same-floor rooms, are unlikely, especially on weekends and holidays.

Like most accommodations in the province, Plantation Bay has been affected by Typhoon Odette (Rai). Refurbishments are underway, and construction noise may be heard during your stay.

In compliance with IATF and DOT guidelines, a vaccination ID is required for guests dining indoors. Non-vaccinated guests can dine outdoors or have their food orders on takeaway.

Reservations and Cancellation Policies:

  • Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel may impose minimum room nights or rooms depending on the occupancy.
  • Full advance payment is required.
  • Non-refundable, but re-bookable within the inclusive stay dates. Two-day advance notice from the arrival date is required for rebooking, subject to availability.

Reminders:

  • In compliance with the Department of Tourism’s guidelines on the new normal during this pandemic, room cleaning requests are not available during short stay.
  • No food delivery from outside.
  • All visitors should be registered at the Front Desk and are allowed in the room only until 6 PM. If they wish to use the facilities, our prevailing daytripper rate applies. Any unauthorized use of the facilities or guest found inside your room past 6 PM will occasion an Undeclared Guest charge of $100 per person per day.

  • Please let us know if any member of your group has any personal disabilities, so that we can prepare accessory equipment like electric mobility devices, or special toys and special play areas that you may need during your stay.
  • Complimentary scheduled airport transfers apply to stays of at least 2 nights. 24-hour advance notice is required. Maximum 2 pieces of luggage and a personal bag per guest, or a private transfer fee of Php 1,500 per van per way applies.
  • Pets are no longer allowed in the resort. We will not check-in guests with pets. Guests caught with undeclared pets will be asked to leave the resort without a refund.
  • For safety reasons, personal bicycles, scooters, and hoverboards are discouraged.
  • All usual hotel rules apply. Failure to follow the legitimate instructions of hotel staff in regard to comportment and noise may lead to ejection without refund.

Please note that the resort currently operates on modified capacity, especially after Typhoon Odette (Rai), so some facilities and activities may not be available during your stay or have limited operating hours.
