Note: All credit card payments will be charged in Philippine Pesos at the hotel's prevailing selling rate of exchange upon check-in.

1. To ensure airport pick-up, please provide us with your flight details at least 48 hours prior to arrival. At the arrival area, please look for our Airport Representative (+63 917-631-3689) or contact the Duty Manager (+63 917-631-3675).
   
   Trips to and from the airport are available either by private hired transportation (P700 for a regular car or P1,300 per van per way) or on our scheduled shuttle (P200 per person per way).
2. Check-in time is 3 PM. Should you arrive earlier, we will make every effort to get you into your room sooner; this is usually but not always possible. On peak days, due to late departure of outgoing guests, we may sometimes not be able to check you in by 3 PM but if so we will provide you with changing facilities and complimentary refreshments.
3. Please take careful note of the maximum occupancy for your type of room. Our occupancy norms are generous compared with most other hotels, but we do enforce them.
4. While of course you are welcome to invite local friends and relatives to see you or dine with you at the resort, please do not entertain them in your hotel guest room except for brief periods during the day, but not later than 6 PM. Should we discover outside visitors inside your room past 6 PM, an Undeclared Guest charge of $100 per person per day will be imposed.
5. By prior arrangement, two (2) outside visitors can use the resort's facilities for $25 each daily (apart from any other charges for a specific recreational activity). If you have more than 2 visitors who wish to use our facilities, please book another room or our Daytripper Adventure Package. Use of facilities for registered visitors is until 6 PM only.
   
   Should the hotel discover that your unregistered visitors are using the facilities, a $100 fine per person (regardless of age) per day will be charged. Please advise us in advance. Click here for our policies on friends and visitors.
6. Check-out time is 12 NN. A half-day surcharge will be applied to late check-outs.
