Day 2
Breakfast and Lunch: Bulletproof Coffee. Bone Broth permitted any time at Kilimanjaro Kafé. Bottle of FatWater (take a few swallows throughout the day whenever thirsty or craving food).
Dinner (Fiji): Optional Glass of Wine or Shot of Straight Liquor (no mixers). Miso or Asparagus Soup; Balinese Chicken OR Sake-Infused Oxtail (no rice or starchy vegetables); Grilled Broccoli with XO sauce; Low-Carb (6 grams) Plantation Bay Home-made Mocha Ice Cream

Day 3
Breakfast (Kilimanjaro Kafé): Bulletproof Coffee; ½ of Quest Fiber-Protein Bar
Lunch (Route 66): Plate of Stir-fried Kangkong with Pork and Shrimp Bits. Bottle of FatWater.
Dinner (Palermo): Insalata Italiana with Lemon-Vinegar Dressing and Hard-Boiled Egg; half-portion of Fiber Gourmet Low-Carb (12 net grams for the half portion) Pasta al Aglio, Olio, e Basilico. The other ½ bar in your room.

Day 4
Breakfast and Lunch: Bulletproof Coffee. Bone broth permitted any time at Kilimanjaro Kafé. Bottle of FatWater.
Dinner (Theme Dinner): Buffet (Honor System, no rice, breads, potatoes, noodles, or dessert from the buffet. Choose a Low-Carb Dessert from our list (full selection at Kilimanjaro Kafé, limited selection at other outlets).

Day 5
Breakfast (Route 66): Bulletproof Coffee; 3-egg with meat breakfast (no rice, bread, potatoes, or fruit)
Lunch (Fiji): Miso Soup; Sashimi/Sushi/Maki combination (about 15 sashimi slices or equivalent) OR any non-fried, non-sugared dish
Dinner (Palermo): Optional Glass of Wine or Shot of Straight Liquor (no mixers). US Rib-eye or Strip Steak with Shoestring Onions; Low-Carb (6 grams) Tiramisu Pudding or Red Velvet Cake.

Day 6
Breakfast (Route 66): Bulletproof Coffee; ½ of Quest Fiber-Protein Bar. Bottle of FatWater.
Lunch (Kilimanjaro Kafé): Chicken Tinola Soup without the chicken meat
Dinner (Kilimanjaro Kafé): Mediterranean Salad and a Hard-Boiled Egg; the other 1/2 of the bar in your room

Day 7
Breakfast and Lunch: Bulletproof Coffee. Bone Broth permitted any time at Kilimanjaro Kafé. Bottle of FatWater.
Dinner (Kilimanjaro Kafé): Optional Glass of Wine or Shot of Straight Liquor (no mixers). Half-portion of Spicy Tofu or Sautéed Mushrooms; one-quarter Roast Chicken with Skin Removed; Low-Carb Dessert from Kilimanjaro Kafé.

Day 8
Breakfast (Kilimanjaro Kafé): Bulletproof Coffee; Theme breakfast buffet (Honor System: no carbs or sugars of any kind, no fruits)
Lunch (Route 66): Choice of Deli Sandwiches with just one slice of High-Fiber Bread, no potatoes
Dinner (Fiji): Miso or Asparagus Soup; Half-Portion of Manny’s Ceviche; Grilled Salmon with Sautéed Vegetables OR Zeroodle Low-Carb (5 net grams) Soybean Pasta cooked in the Style of Pancit Bihon; Plantation Bay Low-Carb (8 grams) Home-made Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream

Day 9

Lunch (Fiji): One order of Salmon Sashimi (or same quantity, broiled); Half-Portion of Grilled Broccoli with XO sauce
Dinner (Palermo): One order of Grilled Mushrooms; the other ½ of the bar in your room

Dinner (Theme Dinner): Buffet (Honor System, no rice, breads, potatoes, noodles, or dessert). Move to Coffee Shop for Plantation Bay Low-Carb (6 grams) Home-made Mocha Ice Cream.

Day 11
Breakfast and Lunch: Bulletproof Coffee. Bone Broth permitted any time at Kilimanjaro Kafé. Bottle of FatWater.
Dinner (Fiji): Optional Glass of Wine or Shot of Straight Liquor (no mixers). Full Portion of Sashimi or Maki; Grilled Tangigue; Low-Carb (6 grams) Lemon Cheesecake.

Day 12

Lunch (Route 66): Plate of Sautéed Mushrooms plus Pork Adobo Flakes
