Terms and Conditions:
- Guests can use the P 2,000 daily discount for up to a maximum of 5 nights (continuous stay by the same persons).

- Vouchers are not convertible to cash or services. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
- Offer may be subject to cancellation without notice if the hotel runs out of rooms, but all issued coupons will still be honored.

Redemption Process:
Accumulate receipts dated today or later. When you have P10,000 worth, claim a copy of your voucher at the Front Desk or email your peso count and clear photos of the receipts to wakeupcebu@plantationbay.com. You’ll receive a scanned copy of your voucher, which you can use when making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
- Non-Peak: Cancellations made 4-7 days prior to arrival will be charged a ONE NIGHT cancellation fee for each room reserved. No shows or cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival will be charged in FULL equivalent to the number of room nights reserved.
- Peak/ Black-out: Any cancellation will be charged in full equivalent to the number of room nights reserved.
