Terms and Conditions:

Applicable only for Poolside Rooms booked via private message on our official Facebook page from May 09 to May 11, 2014, Philippine Standard Time.

Room Description: Poolside rooms have ready access to a freshwater swimming pool (maximum 30 seconds' walk) and a friendly village feel suitable for families, singles, and large groups of all kinds. The views are considerably inferior to those elsewhere in the hotel and the balcony is smaller, but the room proper is slightly more spacious.

Inclusions and Room Occupancy: Room only, no meals. Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge and good for single or double occupancy, or for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children 17 years old and below. In case of 3 or 4 adults, there will be a US$20++ surcharge for the 3rd adult, and another US$20++ surcharge for the 4th adult, per night. In no case may there be more than 4 persons, regardless of age, in the room.

Stay dates are only from May 20 to July 25, 2014. Changes in stay dates are subject to room availability, but if the dates are before or after the inclusive dates, published rates apply.

No advance payment. However, credit card guarantee is required 24-48 hours after receiving a confirmation email. Note that the card will not be charged unless a guest incurs late cancellation or no-show charges.
6. Failure to provide credit card guarantee on the option date set will result to automatic cancellation. Published rates apply should a guest wants the reservation reinstated.

Cancellation Policy: No Shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged with a ONE NIGHT cancellation fee.
