Redemption Process:
Accumulate receipts dated today or later. When you have P10,000, claim a copy of your voucher at the Front Desk or email your peso count and clear photos of the receipts to wakeupcebu@plantationbay.com . You’ll receive a scanned copy of your voucher, which you can use when making a reservation.

- Non-Peak: Cancellations made 4-7 days prior to arrival will be charged a ONE NIGHT cancellation fee for each room reserved. No shows or cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival will be charged in FULL equivalent to the number of room nights reserved.
- Peak / Black-out: Any cancellation will be charged in full equivalent to the number of room nights reserved.
