For example, telephone and audible electronics are not permitted in our restaurants; children are not permitted to scream and shout repeatedly. And we expect our staff to be treated courteously, so that they are in a good mood for the benefit of all guests.

3-Night Stay Inclusions and Exclusions
- One 3-hour island snorkeling boat trip.
- One 1-hour massage for each adult
- Unlimited food from any restaurant menu, except imported meats. No Waste, No Leftovers, No Sharing with other tables that are not All-Inclusive.
- Unlimited standard wine, beer, spirits, Instant Craft Cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Subject to sobriety limits (about 3 drinks per two hours regardless of body size)
- Room service and afternoon High Tea are not included and will be charged at list price.
- Outside visitors are not permitted to use the facilities or stay in the guestroom past 6 pm.
9-Night Stay Inclusions and Exclusions (in addition to or in lieu of the above)
- Also a 5-hour island picnic on a sandbar.
- 12 hours of massages and therapies
- Three gala dinners for the adults: one featuring A5 Kagoshima Striploin; one featuring USDA Prime Ribeye or New Zealand Lamb; and one Flavor Me Plantation 5-course meal at either Fiji Restaurant or Palermo Café and Bar.
- Room service and afternoon High Tea are not included and will be charged at list price.
- Outside visitors are not permitted to use the facilities or stay in the guestroom past 6 pm.
- All-Inclusive With No Surprises bookings for 6 or more nights will include a pro-rated number of massage hours and one gala dinner with USDA Prime Ribeye or New Zealand Lamb.
Solo and Single-Parent bookings
- For the protection of minors, proof of parentage or guardianship will be required.
- Occupancy limit must be strictly observed. Unregistered guests of any age will occasion a penalty of US$ 200 per person regardless of age, per day.
