Scammers are targeting unsuspecting travelers with fake or misleading website links. Our official website is exactly as above, with nothing in between "plantationbay" and ".com".
Any link to a URL that looks like this: plantationbay[other words or letters].com is not authorized by the resort, and could be a scam, especially if they claim to offer discounts. We will not be responsible for any losses you may suffer from scammers.
Note that vouchers purportedly proving your booking are not accepted by Plantation Bay, nor are third-party "proofs of payment". The only way to be sure you have a paid booking is if you receive an email confirming your booking, from an email address that looks like this: rsvns@plantationbay.com, and not like this: rsvns@plantationbay[other words or letters].com
If you've encountered a website that you believe is impersonating Plantation Bay Resort & Spa, please report it to us immediately.
