• Mactan Island Golf Club. This is not a very good course, to be honest, but it is close by (20 minutes from Plantation Bay). Features sand traps, water hazards and coral stones that add difficulty to the game.

  Tee-off time: between 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Alta Vista Golf and Country Club. Designed by golfing legend Gary Player, this challenging mountain course of 6,100 yards is famous for its rolling terrain, water hazards and narrow fairways as well as the breathtaking views of the islands of Mactan and Bohol that it affords its golfers. About an hour from Plantation Bay.
